Right of withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- digital products delivered with consent,
- personalized products.
Returned Products must be unused and returned in original condition unless otherwise required by law.
