Terms & Conditions

1. General information

The online store available at piornik.shop is operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and the rights and obligations of the Seller and Customers.

The Terms apply to:

  • consumers (B2C),

  • business customers (B2B),
     unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Definitions

  • Store – the online store operated by the Seller at piornik.shop

  • Customer – any natural person or legal entity placing an order

  • Consumer – a Customer acting as a consumer within the meaning of applicable law

  • Business Customer – a Customer acting in the course of business activity

  • Product – a physical or digital product offered in the Store

  • Sales Contract – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer

  • Account – an individual user account in the Store

3. Technical requirements

To use the Store, the Customer must have:

  • access to the Internet,

  • an up-to-date web browser,

  • a valid e-mail address.

The Seller is not responsible for technical issues occurring on the Customer’s side.

4. User account and guest checkout

The Customer may:

  • create a user account in the Store, or

  • place an order without registration (guest checkout).

Maintaining an Account is free of charge and voluntary.

The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
 The Account may be deleted at any time.

5. Products and prices

The Store offers:

  • physical products,

  • digital products (including products delivered electronically).

Product descriptions presented in the Store do not constitute a legally binding offer within the meaning of civil law.

Prices are displayed in EUR or USD and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

6. Placing orders and conclusion of the contract

Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Store.

To place an order, the Customer:

  1. selects a Product,

  2. completes the order form (billing details and, where applicable, delivery address),

  3. selects available payment and delivery options,

  4. reviews and accepts these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy,

  5. confirms the order.

The Sales Contract is concluded at the moment the Customer receives an e-mail confirmation accepting the order for processing.

7. Payments

Payments are made online via external payment service providers, including in particular:

  • Mollie Payments,

  • and potentially other providers available in the future (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

Payments are processed by independent payment service providers.
 The Seller does not store Customers’ payment card details.

8. Delivery

Physical products

Physical products are delivered via courier services selected by the Seller, including through logistics and courier aggregators.

At checkout, the Customer selects a general “Courier” delivery option.
The specific carrier is chosen by the Seller based on efficiency and availability.

Parcel locker deliveries (e.g. automated lockers) may be introduced in the future.

Delivery is available within EU and additional zones.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation, to the e-mail address provided by the Customer or via the Customer’s account.

9. Right of withdrawal (B2C)

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins:

  • for physical products – on the day the Product is received,

  • for digital products – in accordance with applicable law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:

  • digital products delivered with the Consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal,

  • personalized or custom-made products.

10. Complaints

Customers may submit complaints regarding Products or order fulfillment.

Complaints should be sent to:

Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

11. Liability

The Seller’s liability is governed by applicable law.

With respect to Business Customers, the Seller’s liability may be limited to the total value of the order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Final provisions

Polish law shall apply, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer’s country of residence.
