These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and the rights and obligations of the Seller and Customers.

The Seller is not responsible for technical issues occurring on the Customer’s side.

- place an order without registration (guest checkout).

- digital products (including products delivered electronically).
Product descriptions presented in the Store do not constitute a legally binding offer within the meaning of civil law.

6. Placing orders and conclusion of the contract
Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Store.
To place an order, the Customer:
- selects a Product,
- completes the order form (billing details and, where applicable, delivery address),
- selects available payment and delivery options,
- reviews and accepts these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy,
- confirms the order.
The Sales Contract is concluded at the moment the Customer receives an e-mail confirmation accepting the order for processing.

Payments are made online via external payment service providers, including in particular:

- and potentially other providers available in the future (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

Physical products
Physical products are delivered via courier services selected by the Seller, including through logistics and courier aggregators.

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:
- for physical products – on the day the Product is received,
- for digital products – in accordance with applicable law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:
- digital products delivered with the Consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal,
- personalized or custom-made products.
10. Complaints
Customers may submit complaints regarding Products or order fulfillment.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
11. Liability
The Seller’s liability is governed by applicable law.
With respect to Business Customers, the Seller’s liability may be limited to the total value of the order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
